Can I trust your cleaning team?

Do I need to be present while you clean?

No. In fact, many of our clients prefer to give us a key so we can clean while they are at work or running errands. All keys are secured when not in use. If you wish to make any other arrangement as to access to your property, be sure to give us a call in advance so we can inform the cleaning team prior to their arrival.

What should I do before your house cleaner arrives?

Please remove any items that may delay our team in cleaning of your property. This will minimize the time we spend cleaning your home or office and maximize efficiency.
For the safety of your children, we ask that they are supervised during our visit. Even though we use safe equipment and products, we want to avoid any accidents harming your children.
We also know that your precious pets are important members of your family so we ask that you secure them for both theirs and our safety.
In order for us to deliver the house cleaning service or office cleaning service you requested, entry into your property is necessary. We ask that we are provided with access through a key or other prior arrangement that has been made.

Should I pay for an estimate?

No, we offer free estimates. If you are interested in our cleaning services for your home or office, please call us to set up an appointment. We will assess the areas that have to be cleaned and go over any special requirements you may have. We will customize a cleaning checklist and plan that will fit your specific needs perfectly.

Do you use your own cleaning equipment and supplies?

Yes, we do. We will come prepared with the cleaning supplies we will need to clean your home or office. If you have any requirements as to the cleaning products we use, please be sure to let us know in advance. As a trusted and reputable residential and commercial cleaning contractor we do our best to meet the needs of our valued clients.

How often do you clean a property?

Our service can be tailored entirely to your requirements. We have a large client base and for some, we will only attend once or twice per week. For other larger clients, we have cleaners on-site at least a few days per week. We build our service around what you need, so just let us known what frequency you need and we will deliver.
